After you place your order it goes through our cutting process. In this process your design is created, programmed and then precisely cut using our state-of-the-art WROUGHTSIRON fiber lasers.
CLEANED
After the cutting process we thoroughly clean and inspect the metal to ensure it is properly cut before moving on to the next step.
POWDER COATED
Once the sign has been cut and cleaned it is ready to go through our powder coating process. In this process the sign is hung and ran through our automated powder line ensuring that your sign has a flawless finish.
