Shipping costs are a flat rate of $9.95. Free shipping is available for orders over $199.

Shipment

Orders are typically shipped within 7 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise specified elsewhere on the website or if you receive an email notification informing you that an item in your order is delayed. The estimated delivery dates provided are only approximations. Orders may be delayed for various reasons or shipped in separate packages. All purchases made through this website are subject to shipment contracts. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Shipping Address

We only deliver to the United States, Canada, Australia, and 11 European countries (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Greece). Deliveries cannot be made to addresses outside these regions. A complete and accurate shipping address is essential. Once your order is ready for shipment or has already been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you or your agent, we will contact you promptly to correct the issue, and additional shipping fees will be charged to reship the package. A daytime phone number must be provided for all orders. Occasionally, packages are returned because they are undeliverable. If an undeliverable package is returned to us by the carrier, please contact us to arrange for reshipment.

Delivery Time

Additionally, you can view shipment information by logging into our website and navigating to "My Account" > "Order History." If your shipping address is in the United States or Canada, orders are typically delivered within 14 business days after shipment. If your shipping address is in Australia, orders are usually delivered within 10 business days after shipment. For shipping addresses in Europe, delivery typically occurs within 10 business days.
