3. Personalized & Made-to-Order Products

Many WroughtsIron products are personalized or made specifically for each customer.

You are responsible for reviewing all information submitted with your order, including:

We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

Once production has begun, personalized or made-to-order products generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

4. Fully Custom Designs

For fully custom metal art, customers may submit photos, drawings, sketches, logos, reference images, or other design materials.

Depending on the project, we may provide a design for your review before production.

You may request revisions before the final design is approved for production. Once you approve the final design and production begins, no further changes can be made.

We reserve the right to decline a custom project if we determine that it:

  • Cannot be safely or reasonably produced
  • Requires materials or processes we do not offer
  • Infringes or may infringe third-party intellectual property rights
  • Violates applicable law
  • Contains content we reasonably determine we cannot produce

5. Customer-Submitted Content

By submitting photographs, logos, artwork, text, designs, or other materials to WroughtsIron, you represent that you own the material or have permission to use it.

You authorize WroughtsIron to use, modify, reproduce, and adapt the submitted material as reasonably necessary to design, manufacture, fulfill, and support your order.

6. Orders

We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
