At WroughtsIron, we respect intellectual property rights and expect our customers to do the same.

Our Content

Unless otherwise stated, all content displayed on this website—including product designs, graphics, photographs, text, logos, artwork, layouts, and other creative materials—is owned by or licensed to WroughtsIron and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or use our website content or original designs for commercial purposes without prior written permission from WroughtsIron.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design, artwork, or intellectual property rights.

Customer-Submitted Designs

When submitting a photo, logo, drawing, sketch, artwork, text, or other material for a custom order, you confirm that:

  • You own the material or have permission to use it.
  • Your submitted material does not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.
  • You have the legal right to ask WroughtsIron to reproduce or adapt the material for your custom product.

By submitting content to us, you grant WroughtsIron a limited license to use, modify, reproduce, and adapt that content only as necessary to design, produce, fulfill, and support your order.

Ownership of your original submitted content remains with you or its lawful owner.

Custom Design Adjustments

Some customer-submitted images or designs may need to be simplified, adjusted, or converted into a format suitable for metal cutting and production.

These production adjustments do not transfer ownership of the customer’s original intellectual property to WroughtsIron.

However, any original design elements created independently by WroughtsIron may remain the intellectual property of WroughtsIron unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prohibited Custom Requests

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel custom design requests that we reasonably believe:

  • Infringe third-party copyrights or trademarks
  • Use logos, artwork, characters, photographs, or designs without proper authorization
  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Misuse another person’s name, likeness, or protected material

If we need proof of authorization before producing a design, we may contact you for additional information.

Trademarks & Logos

Company names, logos, trademarks, sports team marks, brand artwork, copyrighted characters, and other protected materials may only be reproduced when the customer has the appropriate rights or permission to use them.

Submission of such material does not mean that WroughtsIron confirms or guarantees that the customer has the legal right to use it.

Reporting Intellectual Property Concerns

If you believe that content or a product displayed on our website infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at:
