  • Send Us Your Idea

    Share your concept with us at info@wroughtsiron.com You can send a photo, sketch, logo, drawing, or simply describe what you have in mind. We’ll review your request and provide a custom quote based on the design, size, and level of detail.

  • We Create Your Design

    Once you approve the quote and complete payment, our design team will begin turning your idea into a custom metal artwork created especially for you.

  • Review & Approve

    Before production begins, we’ll send you the final design for approval. If any small adjustments are needed, we’ll work with you to make sure everything looks right.

  • We Cut, Finish & Ship

    After your approval, your design will be precision-cut from durable steel, finished with a protective powder coating, and carefully prepared for shipment straight to your door.

Why Custom Orders Are Limited

Every fully custom metal piece requires extra design time, communication, and preparation before production begins. To make sure each project receives the attention it deserves, we accept a limited number of fully custom requests at a time.

This helps us maintain consistent quality while giving our design team enough time to review, refine, and prepare each custom piece properly.

  • Custom Order Timeline

    Design & Approval: Every custom project is created around your specific idea. The timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the design and whether revisions are needed.

    Production: Once the final design is approved, please allow approximately 15–20 business days for production, finishing, and preparation before shipment.

  • Size & Shipping

    Custom sizes are available depending on the design and production requirements.

    Larger pieces may require special shipping arrangements and additional shipping fees.

    If your requested size requires special handling, we’ll let you know before production begins.
