- Question 2:How to check the logistics status of my order?
- Answer:Click the logistics order number in the order shipping notification and open the web page to view the latest logistics trends of the order.
- Question 3:Can I change the custom text after placing an order?
- Answer:Our order is usually processed within 24 hours (including review of the order, design manuscript, and delivery to the factory). If you want to change the text after purchase, please contact us in time within 24 hours.
- Question 4:Can I return the goods for a refund without reason after placing the order?
- Answer:In theory, customer-customized products do not support unreasonable refunds. If you cancel an order within 24 hours, you need to pay 20% of the total order price, and if you cancel an order beyond 24 hours, you need to pay 50% of the total order price. No refunds will be accepted for more than 72 hours.
- Question 5:How would you make my custom text (including font, character size, text layout, etc.)
- Answer:The font usually defaults to the font on the product picture, and the character size and layout will be appropriately compressed or expanded according to your number of characters. If you have special needs, please leave an order note before purchasing.
- Question 6:My order includes multiple products, why did I only receive one?
- Answer:Due to the specifications and weight of the product, our orders for multiple products may be split for delivery. This means that your package will most likely not be delivered at the same time.
- Question 7:What should I do if I receive a damaged order?
- Answer:When you contact us, please remember to attach a photo of the damaged product.

- Answer:Check whether the email address or phone number entered when placing the order is correct. Whether the phone number is correct is very important for the courier to deliver. If there is an error, please contact us in time.
- Question 9:What should I do if I suddenly find that the information filled in when placing an order is wrong? (Including address, name, contact information, etc.)
- Answer:First of all, please contact us in time, if you are told that the order has been delivered to the logistics company and we cannot change the recipient’s address and other information. You need to contact the relevant local logistics company yourself, and of course we will provide you with an order tracking number.
- Question 10:How soon will the order status be updated?
- Answer:The order status is usually updated within 7 days. If you have not received the order status update email or SMS for a long time, you can contact us.
- Question 11:Why did my payment fail?
- Answer:Our store supports PayPal and credit card payments, and most of our customers can successfully place orders through these two payment channels. If your payment fails, it is likely that there is a payment problem with your PayPal or credit card.
